This is a Custom Red helmet Researched and specified by fans from the  University of Cincinnati, Rutgers, old Wisconsin, Old Indiana, old Stanford, old Harvard, and old SMU as well as several Division II schools and early Major City high School who wore the famous eight strapper RED leather football Helmet style. The one pictured is of the Late 1930s-1940s Decade. Also, Prior to the late 1930s, all of these famous teams also wore a plain Rust Cordovan Helmet where it was the days when the jersey was the only distinguishing factor. We can deliver one of these all Red if you like just call in your custom order. This great old style, in different color combinations, was used by other Pro, College, and High School teams of the 30s and 40s eras.
